Plymouth City Council asked us to devise a number of trails that will open up the city for visitors and locals alike in time for Plymouth’s Mayflower 400 celebrations in 2020. Each trail is aimed at a different audience group, and each offers a mix of experiences – which are part digital, part physical and part events-based. We fixed the story behind each trail and who it is aimed at, designed the trails to concept stage, located each moment along the trail, and costed each trail so that the concept is ready to go out to funders. This is a regeneration project. The trails will help open up the city and enable different Plymouth communities to play a part in their design and delivery.
