World Rugby Museum

Metaphor was commissioned to carry out a feasibility study for the World Rugby Museum to help them reimagine their Visitor Offer and better align it with their vision and brand. 

Our recommendations were based around three graded options across a budget spectrum. A thorough options appraisal was carried out to identify priorities. These included developing a more thorough marketing strategy, designing a new exhibition, improving current displays, introducing a cafe and a more prominent museum entrance. These interventions would help the Museum improve its commercial offer and visibility thus helping to future proof it.
