We gave some advice to a developer for Old Oak Common in West London who asked us to devise a cultural anchor, which we duly did.

We suggested exploring a model with a canal basin coming off the grand union canal, with annular rings of activity from barges to stalls, pop-ups, small retail and businesses units, co-working space, larger retail units, office and residential beyond.
