National Trust Hampton Court

We devised the story and created the concept design for the representation of Hampton Court, retelling Henry VIII’s last wedding to Katherine Parr.

Our brief from Historic Royal Palaces was to find and develop a concept that would appeal to both cultural and leisure audiences. In story-led visitor experiences such as this the narrative plays a key role. Our design concept included installations, facsimile furniture and a mix of media, including film and audio, that would extend through the Tudor palace, including Base Court, and combine with the Tudor spaces to create an unforgettable experience.

Hampton Court was subsequently a long listed finalist for the Art Fund Prize 2010.
