Metaphor, Hosta and Muse were asked to assess the options for Coexist House as it begins to seek a physical home in London. Its aspirations were to increase its profile, presence and visitor numbers through an increasingly ambitious range of programmes whilst creating a financially sustainable organisation. The organisation feels that a physical home in the heart of London is the next step towards delivering this ambition.

A key goal of our work was to provide the client with the tools to analyse potential sites in the future. Metaphor and Hosta are confident that, armed with this thinking, the Client will be able to choose the site that will work best for them.
